Shipping Policy
We offer shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all shipments. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays. All daily shipping cutoff times are based on Eastern Time (ET).
Please keep in mind that orders may take 3–5 business days to be processed for shipment. Shipping rates vary based on the items in your order and the shipping destination. Our shipping calculator uses these factors to calculate the total shipping charge displayed during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Shipping Times & Carrier Delays
All delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DX Games & More is not responsible for carrier transit times, shipping delays, weather-related delays, service disruptions, or other delays outside of our control.
We recommend using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email for the most up-to-date information regarding your shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. DX Games & More is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before the order ships; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or transferred to the shipping carrier.
If a package is returned to DX Games & More because of an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or outdated address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the customer chooses not to have an eligible returned order reshipped, any approved refund will be for the eligible merchandise only and will not include original shipping charges or any return-to-sender fees charged to DX Games & More. Items designated as final sale remain subject to our final-sale policy.
Lost Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, DX Games & More is not responsible for packages that are lost while in transit. If tracking information indicates that a package may be lost, a claim may need to be filed with the original shipping carrier.
Depending on the carrier's policies, the claim may need to be filed by either the recipient or DX Games & More as the sender. If the carrier requires DX Games & More to submit the claim, we will assist with filing the claim when appropriate.
Any refund, replacement, reimbursement, or other resolution is subject to the shipping carrier's investigation, approval, coverage limits, and final determination. Filing a claim does not guarantee reimbursement.
Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered, DX Games & More is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise not received after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
Customers should first check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, mailrooms, or other secure delivery areas. We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details.
If necessary, customers may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Depending on the carrier's policies, DX Games & More may assist with the claim process when the sender is required to initiate the claim.
A package marked as delivered by the shipping carrier does not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit from DX Games & More.
Damaged Packages
DX Games & More is not responsible for damage that occurs while a package is in transit or while in the possession of the shipping carrier. Shipping damage does not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit from DX Games & More.
If your package or item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, a claim may need to be filed with the original shipping carrier. Depending on the carrier's policies, the claim may need to be filed by either the recipient or DX Games & More as the sender.
If the carrier requires DX Games & More to submit the claim, we will assist with filing the claim when appropriate. Any resolution will be subject to the carrier's investigation, approval, coverage limits, and final determination.
Customers must retain all original packaging, boxes, shipping materials, labels, photographs of the damage, and any other documentation that may be required by the shipping carrier. Failure to retain these materials or provide requested documentation may result in the carrier denying the claim.
