Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt on sealed product & supplies. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your request is approved. We can only accept returns for unopened items.

Package all returns carefully and securely in a box, bubble mailer, or in the package originally used to deliver the item.
Include the original order invoice or a note with the Order ID of your package.

When your package is returned to us, we will email you to confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to be posted to your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) all TCG ie. Pokemon, and all plush items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However if you are local to our shop you can bring in the unopened item for an exchange of the same item or similar product for the price of the original item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
