Haven't received the product yet in the timeline I was expecting. After paying a hefty 13$ for shipment charges, Its not arrived on time and no line of sight for the delivery.

We are very sorry to hear of your experience with the USPS. Our typical processing time is 24-48hrs upon recieving an order, however Dx Games did ship your order out the same day you ordered it via the shipping method you choose. I agree the postal service should have delivered your order by now. But please be aware you do have 'line of sight' as you were emailed a tracking number like all of our orders.
