The Custom Flash Minifigure appeared to have some miscoloration, where paint that was supposed to be white was purple. Personally not a big deal to me, but I can see how this might irritate someone else who would want the item to look exactly as it appeared online when picking up from the store. Putting in some quality control and screening for defects like that might be worth considering.
Thank you for your honest feedback! We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry the Flash Minifigure didn’t perfectly match the online photos. As a small family-owned business, feedback like yours helps us improve, and we’ll definitely be more mindful of quality control when checking our products. We appreciate your understanding and support of DX Games & More!
