Originally had an issue with the shipping but the store was able to resolve this very quickly. Only fault is the Glaceon was not the legitimate limited release Eevee Cosplay Glaceon as the material for the plush and costume was vastly different than the previous ones I ordered from here. There was also no tag on the underside to verify the legitimacy. Customer service with the original issue was fantastic, just disappointed that the actual product is a knockoff.
Thank you for updating your review, and we’re glad we were able to resolve the original shipping issue quickly.
We do want to clarify one important point regarding the Glaceon plush. The item was never advertised or represented on our website as an authentic or official limited-release Eevee Cosplay Glaceon. We’re sorry if there was an assumption that it was an official release, but we do our best to accurately describe the products we offer and would never intentionally misrepresent an item.
We truly appreciate your kind words about our customer service and are glad we were able to take care of the shipping issue for you.
